Pagwi Hunter – Refund & Return Policy

OVERVIEW

At Pagwi Hunter, we want you to love your gear as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.


RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom products

Downloadable digital products

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@pagwihunter.store with your order number and reason for return.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@pagwihunter.store with photos of the item. We’ll make it right.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank or card account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.
