ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
International: Not offered at this time
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier or customs regulations.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once orders are handed to the carrier, Pagwi Hunter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@pagwihunter.store with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
